Dr. Chad Hoge

Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, Dr. Chad received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Jamestown College in 2001. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2005. Dr. Chad says it is rewarding to communicate with children and make their dental experiences as positive as possible.

Dr. Mikala Hoge

Dr. Mikala is a Lincoln, Nebraska, native who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2001 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2005. Dr. Mikala enjoys both the challenges and rewards of being a pediatric dentist.

Dr. Tyler Johnson

Born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, Dr. Tyler received his degree in biology from North Dakota State University in 2012. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2017. He enjoys making a positive impact on children’s lives through pediatric dentistry.

Hi! I am the Grand Forks Office Manager. I have been with Dakota Pediatric Dentistry since January, 2015. I grew up in Oslo, Minnesota and graduated from high school in Grand Forks. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota. My passion is to make you and your child comfortable by building confidence, trust, and friendship. I appreciate how positive the environment is here and we all work extremely well together to provide the best service for you.

When I am not at work, I value quality time with my husband, Zach, my child, Nash and my two puppies. I love to travel, golf, snowboard, ski, and go to the lake.

I strive to make every visit in our office welcoming, fun, and enjoyable for both you and your child. I currently live out in the country with my husband, our son, and two puppies. Hello, I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist here at Dakota Pediatric Dentistry. I was born and raised in Grand Forks and now live in Thompson, ND with my son. I knew at an early age this was the profession for me, particularly being able to work with kids. I strive to put children at ease and love to celebrate their accomplishments in the dental environment. My favorite things to do outside of the office are spending quality time with my son and friends, going to sporting events, hunting, and crafting. I cannot wait to meet your family!

Hi! I am a Registered Dental Assistant and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant here at Dakota Pediatric Dentistry in Grand Forks. I earned my degree in Dental Assisting from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, and I received my Expanded Functions through the University of Minnesota. I am originally from Walhalla, North Dakota, but my husband and I now reside in Hatton, North Dakota. Spending time with friends and family is something I really cherish. I also enjoy hunting, exercising, and summertime. My goal at Dakota Pediatric Dentistry is to provide a relaxed and enjoyable experience for kids during their dental treatment. When I'm not working, I love spending my free time at the lake, tubing on the Red River, hunting, fishing, seeing friends and family, and spoiling my niece and nephew!
